Are the load items discolored?

Dye transfer can occur when mixing colors in a load.

Are you using HE High-Efficiency detergent?

The use of non-HE detergent can cause film residue. Use only HE detergent.

Are you using the correct cycle selection and temperature for the fabric being washed?

Use a higher soil level cycle option and warmer wash temperature to improve cleaning. Always follow the instructions on the care label of the garment before washing in your machine.

Is the washer overloaded?

Place a load of sorted items loosely in the washer. Items need to move freely for the best cleaning and to reduce wrinkling and tangling. You may need to reduce your load size. Avoid tightly packing the washer. The washer will not rinse thoroughly or spin correctly if tightly packed.
