Faucet Not Working

Possible Solution

Using the Faucet

NOTE: Using the faucet will vary based on the model number.

Faucet Option on Control

  • With the lid open, rotate the knob to "Water Faucet" then press "Start"
  • Once the faucet starts dispensing water, the lid can be closed.
  • Water will continue to dispense until the "Start/Pause" button is selected or until the max water level has been reached.
  • The washer will drain at the beginning of the cycle if a large volume of water is detected, ensuring the machine can accurately sense the load size.

Faucet Button

  • Press the faucet button once to turn on and press again to turn off.
  • The faucet will automatically shut off after 10 minutes or when the maximum water level is reached.
  • Water will automatically drain if the water level becomes too high or the lid is left open for 10 minutes.

Check washer inlet hoses and water supply

Check the household faucets to see if the hot and cold water supply lines are turned on. Make sure to open both water supply lines completely for proper fill. Verify that the inlet hoses are free of kinks.
