F3E2 - Error Code

F3E1 Error Code

Are the hoses reversed?

If F3E1 is displayed, it could mean the hot and cold inlet hoses have been installed incorrectly. This code will appear to indicate that the cold water hose is connected to the hot water inlet and the hot water hose is connected to the cold water inlet.

Is the water turned on?

Ensure the Hot and Cold water valves are fully open; both hot and cold inlet hoses must be connected for the washer to operate correctly.

Cycle power to the control to reset the washer:

Much like a computer, resetting the washer control can sometimes solve the issues you are experiencing. To reset the washer control panel, it needs to be disconnected from the power source for one minute. If your washer is plugged into an outlet, simply unplug the unit for one minute and then plug the unit back in.
