Removing Odor or Smell - Washer
Possible Solutions
Do you remove your clothing when the wash cycle is complete?
Always remove your clothing items as soon as possible when the wash cycle is complete. Leaving wet clothing inside the wash basket can lead to mildew, which can develop odors in the clothing and the washer.
Are you using High Efficiency (HE) detergent?
Using non-HE detergent can cause a film residue, which can result in odor or smell. Always use the detergent manufacturer's recommended amount of detergent.

Flipping the detergent world on its cap.
Just flip it, squeeze it, and start your laundry cycle. With this easy squeeze, you get the right amount and the clean you want every time.

Have you performed a "Clean Washer" cycle?
Run the Clean Washer cycle every month to maintain washer freshness. This procedure helps keep odors from developing in your washer. The Clean Washer cycle uses higher water volumes in combination with affresh® washer cleaner or liquid chlorine bleach to thoroughly clean the inside of the washer.
