Does the filter need to be cleaned? 

Was the washer overloaded? 

Place a load of sorted items loosely in the washer. Items need to move freely for the best cleaning, to reduce wrinkling, and to remove pet hair. You may need to reduce your load size.  Avoid tightly packing the washer. The washer will not rinse thoroughly or spin correctly if tightly packed. 

Was the Pet Pro modifier used with the dryer? 

The Pet Pro system used together will help remove more hair than a traditional washer and dryer. Some hair may still be visible, especially on items 

Hair removal will also depend on fabric type.
