Possible Solutions
Was the load properly sorted?
The wash load must be sorted before starting the washer. Mix different sized items together (such as shirts and pants) for a more balanced load.

Were you using the correct spin speed?
This washer automatically selects the spin speed based on the cycle selected. Use Extra Power, Whites, Heavy Duty for tough cleaning. Add an extra rinse or select fabric softener for heavily soiled loads

Were you washing a large load or increase the Soil Level?
To reduce tangling and twisting, the load items need to tumble freely in the washer. You may need to reduce your load size or reduce your wash time.
