Water Remains in Dispenser Area - Front Load Washer
Possible Solutions
Some Water is Normal
A small amount of water within the dispenser area after a cycle is normal.
If larger amounts of water, detergent, or fabric softener remain, remove the dispenser and clean thoroughly. See the "Cleaning and Maintenance" section of this guide above, or your Owner's Manual.
After you have thoroughly cleaned the dispenser, run washer again. If water remains in the dispenser area (more than 1/2 inch), contact service.
