Water Remains in Tub or Inside Washer - Front Load Washer
Possible Solutions
Is your load off balance?
Occasionally your washer may become off balance. If that is the case, some water may remain inside the tub, and you may see Error Codes. This happens more frequently when washing heavy or bulky items, such as blankets, or rugs.
If there is any Error Code showing, pause the washer, and try to re-balance the load. Restart the washer, and let it complete a cycle. For more information, see the Error Code section of this guide above.
Is the cycle complete, but leaving wet clothing?
If the cycle appears to be complete, but there is still water in the tub, and clothing is still very wet, run a "Drain and Spin" cycle.
Was Low or No Spin selected?
Cycles with lower spin speeds remove less water than cycles with high spin speeds. Use the recommended cycle/speed spin for your garment. To remove extra water in the load, select Drain & Spin. The load may need to be rearranged to allow even distribution of the weight in the basket. If Low Spin or No Spin was selected, the washer might not remove enough water from the load.
