Possible Solution

Did you select an "Auto Cycle"?

Additional time can only be added to timed dry cycles such as Air Only, Timed Dry, and Quick Dry. Automatic cycles such as Normal, Bulky, or Towels can not be adjusted. To add more time to the normal cycle, use the "more dry" cycle. If the "more dry" cycle is not fully drying the clothes and "heavy duty" or "bulky items" is also not sufficient, please check your house exhaust for good airflow or use the timed dry cycle.
