Possible Solutions
Is the oven in a Self-Clean cycle?
The oven door will lock during a self-clean cycle. The oven door will not unlock until the oven cools after the self-clean cycle is complete or canceled.

Is it locked when starting or using the oven?
- Press Cancel/Off key to start a latch reset, wait 20-30 seconds and open door
- Turn the power off at the circuit breaker or fuse box for one minute, then turn the power back on.
- Allow the oven to cool, approximately 30-90 minutes, move the latch arm to the left to unlock the door.

Is the oven door locked?
Some models of ovens have mechanical locks. Check to make sure the lock was not accidentally engaged.
Reset power to the product:
- Power unit down by turning off the circuit breaker(s) or fuse(s) for one (1) minute.
- Power unit up by turning on the circuit breaker(s) or fuse(s).
- Check the oven to see if oven has unlocked.
