Is the turntable properly installed? 

Make sure the turntable is on the correct side up and is sitting securely on the turntable support.

The turntable can rotate in either direction to help cook food more evenly. Do not operate the microwave oven without having the turntable in place.

Is the turntable alternating its rotation directions?

This is normal and depends on motor rotation at the beginning of the cycle.

Has all packaging and shipping material been removed?

• Ensure all the protective and shipping materials have been removed from the Turntable.  
• Remove the tape from the hub. Place the support on the oven cavity bottom.
